Refund Policy
Tumblers or other Gifts without Personalization:
Any Tumblers or gifts that are without personalization, or can be resold can be returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in "new" condition. Shipping the item back is at the consumers expense and the refund will be issued within 48 hours of the package arriving back to our facility.
Custom/Personalized Orders
YellowRose Bow & Design Co makes sure you get exactly what you ordered. If you’re not satisfied with what you received, we’ll do everything we can to fix it! We’ll ask you to send photos of the merchandise upon arrival so we can assess the situation and determine the best solution. Once reviewed, we’ll either process a reprint or a refund, depending on what’s most appropriate.
We typically don’t process returns since every garment is custom-made and created just for your order. In some cases, though, our team might ask for the items back to help us investigate and resolve things more effectively. If that happens, we’ll share return details and guide you through the process.
Damaged In Transit
In the unfortunate event your item is damaged in transit please send photos of packaging and the product within 24 hours of delivery. I will contact USPS and investigate the issue and will come up with a solution within 72 hours either a replacement for a Custom order or refund on eligible purchases.
