Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping to orders $200+. We ship through USPS as we are located pretty far from any other carriers. Each Custom Painted item takes on average 2 days to complete and will be shipped out on day 4, once shipped the items can take up to 10 days to arrive.

RUSH products:

If you have a RUSH item you need quickly please email me at  yellowrosebowco@gmail.com and in the subject line please put RUSH, and in the email please list the order number and confirm the date you need it by. If you need a rush item there is a $15 fee, if you do not see the rush option for your item at check out, please email the same email above with "need RUSH" on the subject line then state the product youre needing rushed along with the date you need it by.

Shipping during SALES:

If there are any ongoing sales orders may be delayed, if you do not recieve an email within 4 days on the status of your order and it hasn't been shipped please email yellowrosebowco@gmail.com and place "order STATUS" in the subject line. Then list the order number and details in the email.
